  • Deadlift: Build up to a heavy 5 reps, No drop sets.
  • B. Met-con
  • 3 rounds for time:
  • 400 M Run
  • 21 Push-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts, 155/105
  • 9 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 (feet cannot touch the box.)
  • *20 min time limit.

If you need to do 15.4 tomorrow then you can do it. We would like as many people to come out, sweat and support as possible on Saturday morning. 15.5 on Saturday 9am at the Davie gym, no Class at the FTL gym.
