RX DIVISION

WOD #1

Max Clean (Any way)

In 6 Minutes establish a max clean

Your score will be your team’s total of the heaviest lifts completed by both individuals.  Each team will have 1 barbell.  6 minute time cap.

 

WOD #2

As a relay, for time:

30 Cal Row

30 Thrusters, 95/65

30 Pull-ups

The 1st partner will complete the full workout, then the 2nd partner will complete the full workout.  Your score will be your team’s total time.  1 Barbell per team.

*15 min time cap

 

WOD #3

For time:

100 Double Unders

42 Deadlifts, 185/115

42 Bar Facing Burpees

100 Double Unders

30 Deadlifts, 185/115

30 Bar Facing Burpees

100 Double Unders

18 Deadlifts, 185/115

18 Bar Facing Burpees

Teams can break up the work anyway they want, only 1 partner works at a time.  2 Barbells per team.

SCALED DIVISION
