Eating Like a CrossFitter


Hi everyone! Below is the link to the Zone Diet.  This is not really a diet, but a no nonsense, common sense, easy guide to eating right. By combining Protein, Carbs, and Fat in every meal and snack, we balance our blood sugar and hormones, thus we are in the "zone", which is how the name Zone Diet came into being. Cutting out "man made" or "processed" foods is one step further, and would be the Paleo diet, but please keep in mind, if you do decide to go Paleo, also combine your Paleo foods in a zone fashion. Please ask Coach Jonny or Coach Donivan for the condensed version of this at the box, as we have a simple handout you can put on your fridge at home.
